Home Grown Collective operates differently from traditional marketplace apps. After covering basic operational costs, 85% of remaining quarterly revenue is donated back into the local food community through the Reimbursement Program.

Home Grown Collective was founded by Hayden Carraway, whose personal health journey inspired the creation of a community-based solution for local food access.
After struggling with digestive health issues linked to glyphosate and heavy metals, Hayden learned how deeply modern food systems affect human health. That experience led to the realization that restoring local, responsible food systems is not just a matter of sustainability it’s a matter of wellbeing.
Home Grown Collective is the result of that mission: a digital platform that empowers individuals to build a healthier, more connected future through local food.
Home Grown Collective’s long-term goal is to expand across the eastern United States and eventually nationwide. With continued growth, the organization plans to build teams dedicated to marketing, community events, consumer education, and state-level advisory boards to ensure the platform reflects regional needs.
